Who We Are and Why We’re Here
We are a diverse group of professionals trained in healthcare, military service, tactical efficiency, emergency medicine, marksmanship, practical homesteading, gunsmithing, survival, adult education, security operations, communications techniques, and spelling. We all come from backgrounds that have taught us not to take ourselves too seriously, but the Center’s mission is one we’re all deeply passionate about for a variety of reasons. We’re proud of our track record of helping clients help themselves, and grateful for the opportunity to share in their journeys.

Founders’ Statement
When we first envisioned The Center for Practical Resilience, we wanted to create more than a training facility— we wanted to build a bridge between therapy and life. Too many adults with ADHD or PTSD are told to focus, calm down, or let go, but few are given the tools and environment to make that possible.
Through our combined years in healthcare and our own experiences, we’ve witnessed how structure and mastery transform chaos into calm. Whether it’s learning to steady your breathing at the firing line or preserving the food you’ve grown yourself, every act of focused practice restores confidence. At TCPR, healing happens through action.
We teach people to trust themselves again—to build confidence through mastery and resilience through action.
